My name is David and I am from Guatemala City. My friends see me as a generous, peaceful, patient, trustworthy, open-minded, and outgoing person. I love to discover new places, to get to know to new people and their culture, language, food, and in general their way of living.

Whether going for a drink something, or walk, or dance, etc.: I am in! - Always ready to spend a great time and to have some fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I surfed the first time in Switzerland, and continued surfing in Macedonia. I met wonderful people, made some great friendships and I am more than ready to get to know more members of the Couchsurfing Community.

I hosted of many wonderful people, also made some great friendships :)

Interests

Travelling, getting to know new places, new people, new languages, new cultures and traditions.

While doing so, I love to find happiness in everyday life.

The most beautiful things in life are so close and simple, and those life’s simple pleasures are very often overlooked.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is very important for me, and has always been a constant companion of mine.

Music stands for more than just listening to a song. Although, sometimes there is nothing better than listening to a good piece of music - certainly helps me to relax and to clear my mind.

Music is a way to express one’s feelings: Whether by singing in the shower and missing half of the notes... :)

Music is not only a way to express one’s feelings, but also a way to share them. It’s a way to share ideas and moments, a way to spend some time together.

Another great way to broaden one’s mind and to get to know about different ideas and points of views.
