I traveled for more than a year, and enjoyed the generosity of many people all around the world. I'd like to give back and meet interesting people from around the world.

兴趣

Food! I travel in search of interesting experiences, and often those experiences involve food and / or wine. I'm as happy eating on a plastic seat on the street in Bangkok as I am in a 3-star Paris dining room - as long as the food has something to say. I believe food is one of the most direct ways to learn about another culture as an outsider.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I love moments. Here are some:
-Wandering Tokyo aimlessly on a misty day and stumbling into Meiji temple. Awe-inspiring and humbling. Followed by a huge crowd of cos-playing kids right outside. Surprise.
-Spending 4 unexpected hours with a Tuscan winemaker with a British accent talking about everything from astrology to biodynamics.
