ABOUT ME

This past year, I have just finished a year-long contract in Lima, Peru, working as part of a Canadian NGO supporting urban agriculture projects in the city. I conducted workshops, field visits, planned meetings and events, and did research in order to support families living in the periphery of Lima in their urban agriculture projects.

This also gave me the opportunity to travel extensively through Peru, including hiking the Andes and taking a slow boat down the Amazon.

I like to hang out and talk about anything, and am a mean cook.

I am very clean, and am pretty easy-going with almost everything. Very adaptable.

I play saxophone. I've spent a summer working on an organic farm, growing veggies. Sometimes I try to do both at the same time.

Interests

I like Eating and making food, playing and seeing music, cycling, hiking, surfing, gardening, being outside.

Music, Movies, and Books

I studied jazz saxophone in college and like jazz, R&B, hip hop and enjoy a techno night now and again. Have been really liking Anderson Pak's music these past days.

Couple movies I saw recently that I really liked were Embrace of the Serpent, and Moonlight.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

10 day solo hike with my girlfriend at 5000m altitude in the Peruvian Andes!

I can teach music (have taught saxophone and piano for many years) but mostly enjoy sharing through cooking a good meal !
