About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel being mindful of this: Wherever, whenever, whatever, enjoy life today, be of service to others and do no harm along the way. And remember to smile, laugh, have fun and not to take yourself so seriously.
ABOUT ME
Living and working in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and exploring Southeast Asia. I'm an eclectic and calm person by nature. I love swapping stories and hearing adventures. It's tough to chose between a good film, book, song, trek, cycle and spot on the beach. So why not all of them.
PHILOSOPHY
Wherever, whenever, whatever, enjoy life today, be of service to others and do no harm along the way. And remember to smile, laugh, have fun and not to take yourself so seriously.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A 10-day silent meditation retreat in June 2011 at the International Dhamma Hermitage of Wat Suan Mokkh.
10 days of concentration, reflection and insight on peace, calm, inner-turmoil, impermanence, and the practice of loving-kindness.
Up at 4 am from a sleep on a concrete bed with a wooden pillow for 2 sparse meals each day and each day filled with staying within myself (behind enemy lines). But it was the best thing I have done in a long time and has changed my life forever.
Teach, Learn, Share
What I have I share.
