Hey there, this is Davide

As I grew up in a small town in northern Italy, I had the chance to experience the feeling of a solo travel for the first time in 2019, when I spent a semester in Vienna. Back then I didn't understand it in full.

After graduating in biomedical engineering in 2020, I've been busy with work and stayed a couple years in beautiful Switzerland surrounded by nature, just to realize that I was missing something.

Now I'm back home and seeking that feeling again.

Since I was a kid I've always loved to host people and I'm very proud to be like that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that each person has a story to tell and mine is just the result of all the things that I experienced and learnt from other people stories.

I'm looking for spontaneous and authentic connections.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into Green Day and anything that's either punk rock or indie. On average I think I listen to music for at least 3 hours every day.

I don't really read books for leisure, have a limited yet solid culture on movies, and I watched a lot of Family Guy and The Simpsons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2021 I went from Bologna to Florence on my grandma's bike with a tent and nothing more. It took 4 days and people on the way were telling me I was crazy. So I guess this counts 🙃

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I can make decent Italian dishes and I'm good at taking care of plants. If you have stories to tell I'm happy to listen and share mine.
