Overview
About Me
Born in Italy and currently living in Singapore.
I'm a curious person and always ready to learn about new things.
They say I'm a good listener and that I think too much.
I am one of those people that have too many hobbies.
If I had to pick my main ones they would be: wildlife, photography, latin dancing, and videogames.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I learned about Couchsurfing by attending a local meetup in Singapore. It's a great way to get to know new people and learn about other cultures. I'm looking forward to experiencing Couchsurfing in a different country!
This whole pandemic "thing" stopped me from traveling around Asia for the longest time. Now borders are finally opening again: time to go exploring!
I aim to go looking for birds and other wildlife during the day, and then heading out for some latin dancing in the evening. If you have any, I'm happy to hear your recommendations on great nature spots to explore!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Rock, Metal with a healthy dose of Pop, Latin and other genres in the mix. A playlist of songs that I have on loop could easily go from harsh death metal vocals to a classic pop-punk song to a brand new EDM hit or some anime opening. Luckily, Spotify's recommendation system is good enough to always find something new that I might enjoy.
Books: Fantasy and Sci-fi, but don't shy away from Horror, Thriller or Popular Science books. Still I'm open to trying other genres once in a while. Speaking of "classics", I enjoy Gothic horror/fiction. I also read comic books and manga, mostly of the same genres mentioned above.
Movies: I don't really watch a lot of movies or series. My all-time favorites are The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Jurassic Park, and The Lion King. I love documentaries about nature, especially when they feature lots of wildlife.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went hiking at Bukit Lawang (Sumatra, Indonesia) to see orangutans in the wild, amazing experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
1) Food: Always down to share some good Italian cooking with friends!
2) Facts: Other than the things I work on (i.e. AI, machine learning), I'm quite enthusiastic about birds and other animals!
3) Fun: ready for an impromptu salsa or bachata class?
