About Me

Hi ! My name is Davide and I am an anthropology student interested in cultural exchange, fashion, photography, niche music and art.

I am currently studying Japanese, after years of having contributed to the Vaporwave community online dreaming about dark, gloomy and messy Shinjuku back streets. I write poetry, am enthusiastic (perhaps too much) about journaling and love cooking. Some days I just want to stay in my room all day and read a book, and some other day I look for churches, temples, crowded markets, lively alleys and picturesque corners to just immerse myself completely in the atmosphere.

I’m also an Italian living abroad, ultimately a citizen of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in the power of the internet in being able to connect people that can have a great time, share great conversations and beautiful places.
