One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too much :D last month I did bath in the sea during winter 🥶 it s possible with some respiration techniques!

I decided in few hours to accept a job offer and moving from Milan to a small villages of 4 thousand people in the remote countryside of Sicily!!!

When I travelled I used to plan, is the best way to enjoy the present moment I thought!!! In India was very difficult, I will share with you why 😂 thanks India ❤️
