SANDWICHES - PANINI
1- "LA CLINICA DEL PANINIO" DA WALTER, 100 several sandwich also vegan. (You can also buy only sandwich and eat in park Parco Ducale, inside the shop is not sospacious!) :-)

2 FRANK FOCACCIA: Deliciuos sandwiches with several flavors, with cheese and prosciutto di Parma or vegetables. Address: Piazzale San Lorenzo n° 19, Parma. PIZZA
3 - Pizzeria "PETITOT" :
to eat the best pizza in Parma ( you can also only buy and eat at home/park Cittadella), I suggest classic "Margherita" but you have several typologies to choose!

4- Gelateria " BLU GARDEN" :
