I approach life the way I climb mountains: it’s a matter of hard work, patience, respect and teamwork, knowing that it’s not the summit I conquer, but myself.
I am a nutrition & taste scientist and book author who loves the outdoors and travel to discover new cultures and places. I do this with my mini-van, vintage motorcycle or with the good-old-not very sustainable-planes. I am also a rock climber who enjoys books perhaps too much, playing guitar and singing, baking, and cooking.
