I grew up in Bonn, Germany. After years away from here my girlfriend Jana and I just moved to the center of town. In 2016 after finishing our studies we travelled around the world as a couple and settled down afterwards, ready to work. We love the spirit of travelling and hope to contribute to it by making other traveller's stay in Bonn a great one :) So come!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love this moment when you realize while you step into a new place and you meet new people there that for them it's all well known and "every-day-like" but for you it's adventure. And then you're back home where all is well known and "every-day-like". Suddenly a new person steps into your place with this adventurous expression on their face and stories to tell which change the regular motion and manage to shift it a little towards new and "unlike-every-day"!
The next time I then move and step into a new place and meet new people it makes me happy to think I may shift their well known place and "every-day-like" scenery a little towards adventure for a short while.

Interests

I very much enjoy hiking, site-seeing, any kind of talk, Rock-Paper-Sissors, movies if they're good (I don't know too many though...), cooking (also experimental), gardening, jogging, Salsa-dancing (basic level)... I listen to a lot of music!
