ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty easy going character, I don't like taking life too seriously and I enjoy getting caught up in some good old fashioned shenanigans as much as the next guy! I recently finished med school and am working as an emergency resident for the next few years.

I got involved in couchsurfing because out of everywhere I've traveled, the most memorable moments have been of the 'people' and not the 'places'. I've had many positive experiences with other surfers/hosts and I know it will continue.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My brother and I had a 2 month backpacking extravaganza throughout western Europe and we managed to couchsurf the entire way! We stayed with 16 different people in 14 cities and 7 different countries. In early 2010 I spent a month surfing in Quebec, out in Vancouver for the Olympics and then in California and Australia. I've also had the pleasure of meeting tons of other couchsurfers around the world through CS meetings. Now, Winnipeg is not the hottest tourist destination but still, I'm hosting people as much as I can so please do come!

兴趣

-Music: I played bass in a local band, guitar for years, harmonica and a little piano on the side.
-Traveling
-Sports: Hockey in the winter, swimming and biking
-Food and Beer: I can't get the delicious memory of Munich's weissbier out of my head, it haunts me always..
