ABOUT ME

My son and I have lived in Colorado for a while, but we have not ventured far from the Denver area. We are interested in exploring other areas of Colorado and enjoying all there is to see!

PHILOSOPHY

We are fairly laid back and easy going. We have adopted simple lifestyle by reducing our consumption and possessions in order to work less, improve our quality of life, and pursue other creative activities.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We'd like to try being a guest and seeing how it works, and then we may open our home to serve as hosts to others.

I'm a mortgage lender and Mason is a student. We both enjoy hiking, camping, and all types of outdoor activity. We also both enjoy music, playing guitar, and going to rock concerts--especially at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

We love movies and books in several genres. I'm currently reading Roadshow by Neil Peart, the drummer with Rush.

A couple of amazing things for us: I lived in Spain for a year and attended the University of Madrid. Mason did a 20-day wilderness adventure in Hawaii last summer.

We have two greyhounds that we'd love to introduce you two. They are amazing athletes (ex-racers) and very sweet and affectionate. It might be fun for you to join us at the dog park nearby so you can see them "open it up"!
