explore and experience the world
Much to my satisfaction, exploring new places and meeting people from a diverse range of backgrounds help me to understand the world better.
Currently, I am working in Moscow. In my free time, I like to explore Moscow, take day trips, travel to different parts of the country and try to improve my Russian.
I'm a quiet person and I prefer chilling in quiet places- noisy places such as bars and clubs are not my cup of tea.
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Always fun, interesting and memorable. I've surfed in the Caucasus, the Baltics, Centra Asia, Belarus, Turkey and Iran.
I use to host surfers back at my place in Baghdati, Georgia and in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. I enjoy both surfing and hosting, as both allow me to meet a diverse range of personalities around the world. I also met up with surfers in my home city of Sydney and happily showed them around.
I was featured on a Kazakh news article about couchsurfing: http://www.diapazon.kz/aktobe/aktobe-news/47471-kauchsjorfing-puteshestvuy-ne-vyhodya-iz-doma.html
Maps, downhill skiing, movies, bowling, ice cream, trains, video and computer games, different cultures and lifestyles, board games, cycling, water sports, geopolitics, hiking, nature, new things.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Australian English. I enjoy conversations and we definitely can learn about each other's culture, society, travel experiences and perspectives.
I am currently learning Russian and if I can practice it with you, that would be great.
I can teach you how to eat with chopsticks and make Vietnamese curry (provided that I can find the ingredients in town).
