My name is Katerina and I am a 20years old girl from Greece.I don’t usually go to the university because I prefer traveling but I study Journalism and Mass Media Communication in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.I am also learning Spanish and Italian.I am addicted to Erasmus+ projects .I have my own radio broadcast in a website .I love traveling...I prefer don’t go out or don’t buy that shirt that I really like in order to collect money for a trip.I am very ambitious,cheerful,open-minded,positive,wiling to live new experiences and I like when I get out of my comfort zone.I always see the best aspect in everything.I believe that everything in our lives happens for a reason and I am smiling no matter what. I respect all the different cultures and I love meeting people from different countries.I love learning new words in other languages...it’s like a hobby for me..so when I meet foreign people I try to talk to them in their language...I know that this thing makes them really happy :) My biggest dream is to visit Latin America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The most important reason why I am on couchsurfing is because I love traveling and meeting new people.I love multiculturalism and how people with different origins,language,religion,culture,opinions can become one.I prefer hanging around with foreign people than Greeks hahah.I love Greece so much and I would love to make people fall in love with my city and my country as well.I would try to do my best and make you have an amazing time here by living the Greek “myth”.Also, I want to give 100% of myself so to make people have an unforgettable experience and make beautiful memories together.

•The most amazing thing I have ever done is to survive in Napoli for 2 months without anyone killing me or stealing my stuff hahaha
• I have done volunteer work by teaching English in a primary school in Napoli

I can teach you some basic Greeks..the easiest things because I am not crazy okay..I know that the Greek language is one of the most difficult languages haha..If you are interested in other cultures,I will show you our traditions, our habits and the way that Greeks always enjoy life.I would love to learn some words and phrases in your language.I can share with you some of my “coolest” experiences.
