About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world with my bicycle seeing new places and meeting new people, without lycra.
ABOUT ME
I have just finished my Arts degree majoring in philosophy and social theory. At the moment I am traveling through Europe on my bike, starting in Rome and finishing in Portugal. Aside from that I am quite into music, both playing and listening, and love to go to live shows, generally of smaller bands. I am a good cook and enjoy cooking for lots of people. My favourite places while travelling are those that you wouldnt normally get to and people you dont generally meet.
Its been a while since I have been travelling internationally so I am really looking forward to this trip, meeting more people, seeing new sights and conversations over a beer or two.
PHILOSOPHY
Usually when you jump into the abyss, it only goes up to your knees.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Have not got a couch to offer at the moment as I am traveling until november, but generally my door is always open, and can always find a place if someone needs to crash.

Music, Movies, and Books
Doestoyevsky, Kafka, Williams S. Bourroughs, Homer, David Foster Wallace. As for music, whatever is going around in the town or city I am in. Classical to electronica.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The last amazing thing I have done was a four day trip on my bicycle along the Great Ocean Road in Australia, some of the most spectacular scenery that I have seen, and a beautiful ride.
Teach, Learn, Share
Know my fair share of philosophy, but I am also a reasonable bike mechanic and love to show others how to get that old forgotten rusty steed going again. Trying to brush up on my Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and would love to learn some German. Other than that, nothing beats local knowledge, or a joke.
