ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing, adventurous, fun, sweet person. I love a cool drink overlooking a mountain having an interesting conversation with a friendly person or a fun night out dancing, chatting and having a few drinks. Overall I deeply enjoy the simple things of life. I welcome new experiences and places to see. I truly feel a citizen of the world and believe in "we are all one". No matter where we are from, what language we speak, we are all a big family. Difference is not something to be afraid of, it's something we hadn't seen until then. Traveling is my passion

PHILOSOPHY

I love life and life loves me. I believe man was sent to Earth to grow wise and enjoy life to the fullest. To achieve that we might have to go through hell but all is good and worth it at the end. We are all one in the same journey. No one wins, if somebody loses. Fears and problems are hidden friends that when faced, are there to make us grow.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is the first time I participate in this community. I didn't know it existed, otherwise I would have joined long time ago. I have done it but with friends who are always welcome to come where I live and enjoy the beauties around. I'm pretty good about it where I am now, Las Vegas.

Interests

There is something about traveling that nourishes my spirit. Seeing a breathtaking view makes my day. Seeing nature unfold in front of my eyes brightens my face. I love nature and animals. Getting to know the so many ways cultures coexist opens my eyes to my true self and human nature. I love to talk to people, my friends and family.I love to dance Latin music and watch a good movie. I enjoy having a drink and listening to music and dancing even better. Walking along charming street, smiling to people, seeing art and culture all around me makes me breath deeper. I love life and life loves me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like comedies, thrillers, suspense, dramas, documentaries, fiction. Latin music is my favorite, but also enjoy pop, hip hop, jazz, romantic, folk music. Unfortunately reading is not one of my strengths, but love to hear about books and engage in interesting conversations about them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Galapagos is on of the most magical places on Earth. It has been the only place in which I have been able to really be a part of nature. Animals don't run away from humans, so I had the fortune to see eggs hatching, birds mating, baby seals milking. I was literally shoulder to shoulder with all the animals. I was just a few centimeters from these massive male sea lions and baby ones.
Living 2 years in China, such a different culture helped me acknowledge the blessing of difference and variety. There is no such thing as right or wrong, it's just different. Being able to communicate with people even though we didn't speak the same language was surreal. Reaching peoples' hearts was so lovely.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everybody is an unlimited source of wisdom and opportunity to learn and enjoy. I enjoy meeting people who are positive about themselves and life, no matter the difficulties they might be going through.I also enjoy sharing my positive outlook with people who are feeling down and need a compassionate friend who can listen and not judge. Listening, listening, so important.
