ABOUT ME

Greetings CouchSurfing. It took me Thirty Six years but I have finally found my place in the world. As a kid I always had an inexplicable pull to the United States that just would not go away and although I have traveled to other states MA and the Boston area is the place for me. A year ago I met a lovely lady in Prince Pizza who has become the love of my life so getting to see her at every opportunity is a top priority for me.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess with age I have come to realise that there are two kinds of people in life. Those who pick you up when you are down and those who put you down there in the first place.
To everyone who ever picked me up when I was down I give my heartfelt love and gratitude.
As to the others who put me down there.....it isn't working is it ha ha ha!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a former musician I am well used to couches. Four days ago was my last experience as I had been asked to be on a new CD and and one time I was sleeping more on couches than on my own bed!

Im quite eclectic on this one and it reflects my character. The music I listen to most are Motorhead and the Andrews sisters! My musical projects were mostly in the folk acoustic world. Without a doubt Colm Wilkinson singing "bring him home" on Les Miserables always makes me cry.

Books? I like Dickens and Stephan Lawhead, Empyrion being his best work I feel.

Maybe it's not so much about "teaching" as being in the company of others and just being ourselves, if we get that right then the rest will come. I have started to take an interest in REKI which seems to be another unfolding aspect of my experience.
