ABOUT ME

24 year old traveler looking to see the world and meet cool people along the way. I left my solid job to go to New Zealand for 5 months and I'm not sure if that's a very good indication of my sanity or not! I'm interested in different cultures and languages, outdoor sports (climbing, running, backpacking, surfing, hiking, etc), food (I love to cook), craft brewed beer (I homebrew), photography, and writing. I'm a total nerd and spent a lot of my uni years completely obsessed with Lord of the Rings, as in I used to speak Elvish and wrote a paper on it. New obsession: Doctor Who.

PHILOSOPHY

Know thyself; nothing in excess. Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive anyway!

Movies: things that make me happy: Up, How to Train Your Dragon, Waking Ned Devine, Lord of the Rings, Love Actually. I have other, more arty ones as well.
