ABOUT ME

They call me DB. I lived my youth in Brussels, moved to Dixmuda when I was 16. Now living in Merelbeke, near Ghent. I enjoy live, hate argues, beatbox once in a while (I even organise the belgian beatbox championship and assist in the world championship). I have a non-profit organisation, Phatmark, which groups young and motivated people to create music and deploy themselves as artists. I'm very openminded, but patience ist my best perk.

PHILOSOPHY

I have this pingpong ball, yes? Imagine that pingpong ball being our planet, housing over 7 bilion humans, and 100 bilion other creatures, supporting them with life... Our existence is so little in this humongous dark space that we should enjoy every moment, in this split second that we walk around in time and space.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While playing the allfamous world of warcraft, i met alot of people, including a now very good friend of mine, living in Norway. We agreed I'd come over, so I did for a couple of days. This was a great experience, only knowing the person through internet, then finally meeting in real life and having a blast. This motivated me to do this more often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to the 24 hours of Le Mans 2009
My journeys to Geneva by car, my trip to Norway, Variuous artists on stage of musicfestivals, the weekend in Amsterdam, the party I threw for my 23rd bday (with costumes, a barbeque, lots of booze and some DJ friends ^^), kajak on the Lesse with my girlfriend, the personel party :D, and alot of stupid things i used to do in my youth :p
