ABOUT ME

I hate filling these things out, but I suppose I should give people an idea what I'm all about. I'm a 24-year old american male living in canada for grad studies in physics; I like traveling snowboarding surfing camping backpacking concerts music singing karaoke weightlifting rockclimbing soccer, good books, good food, good friends, good beer, and good people. Politically fairly liberal, though not dogmatically so; religiously fairly atheistic, though not dogmatically so, and generally tolerant of other beliefs so long as those beliefs, in turn, are also tolerant. I like the people in Ontario but I miss real mountains and the ocean. If you've ever been to Eugene Oregon, my hometown, I can tell you that I fit in fairly well there and that might give you some idea about me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've actually never surfed a couch, though I fully intend to. I have hung out with a lot of couchsurfers socially, especially through the K-W couchsurfing club.
