In 2007, I quit my job and left my career to travel the world in order to figure out what is means to live a normal, healthy life. My travels took me to many different places, and I met a lot of awesome people along my journey (CS helped me a lot with this).
The question of health led me to the study of the Chinese and Central Asian traditions (Daoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, cosmology, medicine, shamanism, astrology, fengshui, diet, government, philosophy) and their interwoven history. After 8 years of study, I feel I finally understand (perhaps) what it means to be a healthy, normal human-being. Woo hoo!
