About Me

Watch the mission.

In 2007, after spending my first 24 years of life living in the same house in the San Francisco Bay Area, I left to travel the world in an attempt to become "healthy". I assumed that once I egressed from the place where all my "unhealthy" habits began, everything would be better. Come to find out, I took all my habits with me. This led me explore my inward nature and to ask the question: "What does it mean to be a healthy human being?" In order to answer that question, it required that I revisit the notion of what a human being actually is and challenge the notions that I have about 'me', 'I', 'we'...notions that I was not even aware had been made.

The continuing falling away of these notions seems to be, perhaps, the only thing of importance happening in life at the moment. Besides interpersonal relationships and good food, most else seems rather boring and distracting at this point.

Life is a symphony without a score. We are the composers, the conductors; the musicians, the instruments; the music, the audience, all at the same time. Everything performs in unison producing a musical movement so sweet to behold. A movement which has never been before and will never be again. One must only relax and listen to understand one is already playing.
