I tried to fill out this section with interesting stuff a hundred times. But I think I'm just going to do it the boring way:

I am a 29 year old student (German literature and Japanese) from Germany. I would describe myself as easy going and positive. Means, I don't like people who fight or complain a lot because I'm not like that myself.
I'm very clean, especially when being hosted. But I don't really care if your apartment is a bit messy (I've seen hostels that were far worse).

A month ago I moved to Ho-Chi-Minh-City to teach German. So far I like it a lot but I would find it great if I could meet some nice people.
Anyway since I live in a shared apartment I'm not going to be able to host guests. But I'm open for meet ups! :)

I'd like to meet some new people when going on trips. Before I went to Japan where I tried couchsurfing for the first time I usually stayed in hotels/hostels. But that always gave me the feeling of just being a tourist and I didn't like that. When I go somewhere I want to become part of the city even though it's just for a few days.
I'm a CS-member since 2010 but I've been quite inactive until now. Basically, I just didn't have the chance to go on trips.

I'm a huge language nerd and I'd just love if you could teach me some words in your language. Just a little. Just to show off when I go to the pub the next time :)
