Overview
About Me
I love teaching myself languages. I know English and German, and I'm learning Swedish right now. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school (but I wasn't very passionate about it so I've forgotten a lot of it). I've also dabbled a bit in Italian and Dutch, and I'm learning basic Japanese Hiragana right now, but I'm not even conversational in those languages so I don't include them. My goal is to become a polyglot, simply because I love the sense of accomplishment I feel when looking back on what I've learned.
I also made electronic music for about 5 years, and now I make YouTube videos. I tend to jump from one thing to another.
My main hobbies include playing video games (mainly Rocket League, Mario Kart and Fortnite), learning languages and watching anime. I also am obsessed with Game of Thrones.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm solo traveling around Sweden very soon and I want to meet new people! I'm teaching myself the language and I know a pretty fair amount, but I don't know much about the culture and it'd be great to have someone to learn from.

Music, Movies, and Books
Top 5 shows in order: Game of Thrones, My Hero Academia, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Rick and Morty, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Top 5 movies (in no particular order): Avengers: Infinity War, Baby Driver, Black Panther, The Martian, The Last Airbender (ironically)
There are no types of music that I genuinely dislike. I like most things and am indifferent to the rest. I prefer various types of electronic music, hip hop, and rock if I had to choose.
I don't really read books. I was reading the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, but I lost the first book in the middle of reading it so I had to stop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This isn't necessarily special but while I was in high school, I taught myself German completely from scratch without taking any classes. I know many people have done this but I'm really proud of it and I'm teaching myself Swedish at the moment.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to make YouTube videos, and I usually make travel vlogs so that can be a lot of fun for hosts. Also I can share my tips for learning languages effectively.
