I have taken a sabbatical from work and am travelling in the US for a few months. I am interested in things literary and artistic as well as passionate about the outdoors. I hope to find out more about the United States and its' diversity of people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am fascinated by volcanoes (and the earth in general) and in Guatemala our group hiked six hours up Acatenango from where we watched Fuego erupt. The power, the noise and lava in that amazing setting will stay with me forever.
