Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now it's the holidays and my dad is in NYC awaiting a risky surgery. I need a way to keep close by when all hotels are booked.

Passions fall primarially into food and gardening.

I also consider myself a casual nerd. Books, design, cute DIY projects large and small, and casual gaming(board and video) also are well within my spectrum of frequented activities.

Music: 90s alternative because why not listen to the same angst riddled garbage for the past 20 years over and over again.

Movies: Not a huge Hollywood buff. Sci Fi and Comedy. Star Wars over Star Trek. Oh, and macho action movies count as comedy in my book.

Books: authors.... Gaiman, Vonnegut, and Huxley
