About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See as many countries as years I've lived. I also really want to see lions in the wild.

ABOUT ME

I live in Vancouver and am student currently studying Creative Writing. I can sense your look of confusion/concern at my degree choice, but I assure you everything will work out in the end. Eventually, I want to be a playwright living in London but I plan to spend the rest of my 20s travelling, enjoying every day and thinking of a more feasible life goal.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess the most important thing for me is living in the moment and living life to the fullest. My biggest fear is being 80 years old and having even one regret in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've only surfed (and have loved every minute of it) but I can't wait to host once I'm able to! I'm also slowly trying to convert as many people as I can to this website because I think it's incredible how skeptical people are of this wonderful community until they give it a try and realize how safe and rewarding it really is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Getting involved in the Couchsurfing world is one of the smartest decisions I've made. Everybody I've met through this website have been genuine, amazing people and the experiences I've had are unforgettable.

Interests

I am mostly interested in anything to do with travel and the UK. I also love playwriting and travel writing and in a perfect world, somebody would pay me to do those things. I am obsessed with British comedy, which started when my sister introduced me to Stephen Fry. The dorky side of me is into Scrabble, Lord of the Rings and musical theatre. Another side of me loves biking and I'm looking forward to a bike trip in Ireland this summer! As well as being a playwright, I'd also love to work in the film industry and have made a lot of short films and worked on a few professional sets. I'm also very interested in meeting new people of course!

Teach, Learn, Share

Fun Fact: Alcatraz was the only prison with hot water showers so that the prisoners couldn't get used to the cold water and escape.
