In my professional life, I've worked in various interesting and challenging industries such as hospitality, the arts, technology, interior design, health and wellness and education.

From around 16 years of age, I've had a passion for phycology and philosophy and today I facilitate wellness workshops that open our hearts and minds.

Since 2012 I've been a solo traveller living in African, Asian and Islamic countries.

I'm travelling in order to fulfill a vision I had when I was about 16 years old. The vision showed me colourful places, where there were lots of people, ancient architecture and sandy pathways. Although, at 16 I was too young to travel the world, by 2012 I knew I had to fulfill this dream. So, I made a huge shift in my life. My husband and I separated (but we remain friends) I left a great job, I sold my beautiful home, my car and all my 'belongings' in order to fulfill the vision.

Additionally, I became an Emissary for the Resonance Science Foundation after completing the course in Tulum Mexico, in 2001. I'm also an Ambassador for MindValley which began February 2019.

Prior to joining Couchsurfing, as a solo traveller, I lived with families for extended periods. For example, I lived in Senegal Africa for 7 months with a woman who used to be a popular singer in her youth and comes from a family of Griots. I've also lived in a Palestinian city in Israel with an Imam, his wife and their four children, who had a school for Islamic studies. There I helped with everyday chores, in the home As well I lived in other countries such as Yemen and Ethiopia with middle-class families.

So, I decided to join Couchsurfing because I enjoy meeting and living with people from different cultures.
