About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Been traveling and volunteering around the world for 2 1/2 years now. Currently working as an au pair in Auckland and traveling on weekends when I can.
ABOUT ME
I am a 26 years old and have backpacking through Europe, Southeast Asia and recently spent a year in Australia. I've volunteered on a vineyard in Portugal, a permaculture garden in a Bali, a pizza place in Northern Laos and was the project manager of a school in Cambodia.
Super sassy and you know I like you if I'm a little bit mean. But I mean well!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Haven't really taken advantage of couchsurfing as I initially hoped to. But now that I'm in New Zealand and looking for short stays in cities I figure it's a great way to meet new people and get a solid view of a place in a short period of time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While studying abroad in Italy my roommates and I hosted a few different people throughout our 6 months. It always turned out to be a great experience. Many plates of lasagna and bottles of wine were consumed in great company.
Interests
Reading heaps and writing less than I'd like. Guitar. Yoga. Feminism. Beaches. Extreme Sports. LGBT. Volunteering. Nonprofit Admin. Sudoku. Tumblr. Bad jokes.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books- non-fiction: history and pop psychology , YA, and Harry Potter on repeat.
Music- ever evolving tastes. 4 years ago you couldn't force me to listen to pop and now the catchy beats make me want to dance.
More of a TV binger than movie fan- FNL, Grey's, no I didn't like Breaking Bad, OITNB, Veronica Mars, Buffy, Firefly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Successfully not crashing the car every time I drive on the opposite side of the road that I'm used to.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can you teach you how to juggle, a little bit of Khmer, share my Kindle and iTunes collection, maybe a harddrive TV/movie swap.
Down for debates on just about anything and if I know nothing on the subject I'd probably love to learn more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook dinner for a night if you'd like. Do you like Mexican?
