ABOUT ME

I was on the path to wander the globe but got sidetracked by love. I settled back into my hometown and mistakenly bought a house. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the love didn't last, most likely because we weren't on the same path. Now here I am trying to get back to where I should've been.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a few people so far and went to one local event. I'm very excited about the people I've met and looking to do more with CouchSurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It wasn't a true couchsurf, but I ended up alone on a ferry ride from Naples to the Isle of Capri. Thankfully there was a kind stranger, also the ship's engineer, who offered me some food, a delicious espresso, a tour of the engine room and the friendship I needed. Those are the experiences I love!

I'm a fan of good folk and bluegrass music; basically sucker for anything with a fiddle and an upright bass.

I had a great experience at my first Bonnaroo. It was an amazing feeling to be part of the city that sprouts up. I loved the fact that I could wander and enjoy life while not worrying about bringing my house keys or how I would get home at the end of the day. If you know of a permanent city like this, please tell me, I want to move there.
