ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Israel. About a year ago I got an opportunity to move to the US and decided to go for it. I first stayed in Oregon for a couple of months and than moved to San Francisco...

My greatest passion in life is Climbing!
I love almost all forms of it - Classic Alpinism, Ice climbing, Traditional Rock climbing and even sport climbing... All except for bouldering (which is not really climbing...).

PHILOSOPHY

The greatest challenge in life is to find the right balance between what you NEED to do and what you WANT to do... You can't live your life ignoring your obligations but most importantly you should never give up on the things that really matter in life - Family, Friends and your own personal desires!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would be happy host people in my San Francisco apartment (located in the Mission District) and would like to be hosted occasionally (usually in climbing related trips). I moved here pretty much on my own so I'd be happy to meet new people and make new friendships.

One of the greatest things I've seen though Alpinism, is how people are willing to give up on some of their personal comfort and even risk their lives sometimes in order to help others.
