Growing up, I didn’t have the most nurturing environment. Because I never had the tools to process my past pain and trauma, life eventually led me down a really difficult road—I ended up homeless for four years. It was, without a doubt, one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever faced.

But looking back, it also taught me the most. It shaped me in ways I never could have imagined. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without having gone through that storm and come out the other side.

If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: your past doesn’t define your future. You have the power to rewrite your story, to heal, and to grow.

You are stronger than you think. 💛
