Music, Movies, and Books

I love good fiction. My favorite book of all time is John Steinbeck's East of Eden. Other notables are The Sense of An Ending, Gilead, Between the World and Me, and the Sellout.

I adore vocal jazz (Ella & Louis is my favorite album). Any artist that manages to fuse jazz, hip-hop, musical theatre, and/or gospel together is cool with me. So Alabama Shakes, Chance the Rapper, Solange, Cynthia Erivo, Jamila Woods, etc.

Also, lots of Netflix. I’ve probably seen most of it at this point, tbh.
