ABOUT ME

I am an animal addict. I am the girl who takes dying guinea pigs home from the pet store. I am the girl who takes her injured gerbil to the vet and willingly pays $40 to have him put to sleep when all other options are exhausted. I dream of starting an animal shelter where homeless and abandoned animals can be loved until they find their homes. When I get my own place I want to foster animals.

I graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Radio/TV/Film.

I've watched more movies than any normal person should. Anything from foreign films, independent films, and crazy, mind twisting films to mainstream comedies, horror films, and almost anything else out there.

I also love coffee. I drink it everyday...and have had the misfortune of actually overdosing on it a few times. For the most part, I am a responsible coffee consumer.

I don't have a problem making myself look silly to make people laugh.

I don't like to go to bars and sit while I drink. If I go out I need a good band, or a good jukebox. Music and laughter is essential.

I should have gone into a career with animals, but I slacked off in High School.

I'm happy most of the time. I don't see any point in being miserable, because even if your stuck in a crappy sitaution, being upset is not going to change the fact that you're still stuck there. I can sit in traffic as long as I have a CD.

Just because I try not to be miserable, it doesn't mean that I don't get upset sometimes. Usually a quick venting session and a deep breath will get me back to my cheery self.

I've gone skydiving and swam with dolphins. Those are two of the things on my Things to do Before I Die list. Yes, I know its called a Bucket List, but I made a list before the movie came out, and that was what I called it.

I can probably chug a beer faster than you can.

I have 3 dogs. They keep my world sane. (Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take them with me, but they are living a charmed life with my mom.)

I wish I could be a stunt car driver.

I love the outdoors.

I read at least two books at a time, and I always have a book in my car. (I don't have a car anymore, but I always bring a book for the metro ride)
