I'm a long-time resident of the Bay Area, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UC Davis. I love camping, hiking and the outdoors, and of course, meeting new people :)

Music
I love all kinds of music! There is so much out there to listen to, and so many talented artists to be discovered, but if I had to pick, the two genres that I am always drawn to are electronic music and rock music.

Some of my favorite electronic artists include Daft Punk, Seven Lions, Porter Robinson, Madeon, and San Holo.

My favorite band is the Last Dinosaurs, an Austrailian based indie rock band that makes upbeat, cheery, alternative rock music. Their music to me is best described as "beach-ey"-- I always find myself wanting to dip my toes in the sand whenever their songs come on. Other favorites include Pink Floyd, Young the Giant, Deathcab for Cutie, and Tame Impala.

There are honestly too many artists to list!

Movies
I love to watch critically acclaimed films and animated movies, but I am also a sucker for a good musical. I enjoy horror, but there must be atleast one other person present :^)

Some of my favorites include Inception, Interstellar, The Revenant, La La Land, Your Name (Kimi no Na Wa), Princess Monoke, Coraline and Crazy Rich Asians.

Books

To be honest, most of the books I have read were for school coursework, and those I read outside of that are mostly classic books and embarrassing young adult fiction.

I enjoyed Animal Farm, The Great Gatsby, The Grapes of Wrath, and the Harry Potter series.
