Hello, I'm Deirdre! I'm from Columbus, OH in the USA and am a computer engineer here. Outside of work, I love to go out to new bars and restaurants with my friends, play in recreational sports leagues, go hiking in nearby state parks, try new recipes in my kitchen (both cooking and baking!) and volunteer. I love to travel and try to plan a few trips each year!

I'm primarily on Couchsurfing for the interest of meeting new people wherever I go. I love to make friends and enjoy experiencing a city and its culture through the eyes of locals!

Intereses

I have a wide variety of interests. When traveling, I particularly love to participate in outdoor activities - hiking, surfing, kayaking, etc. I also love to cook and bake, play board games, go out with my friends, read in my hammock and chat about every topic under the sun.

After graduating college, I pushed back the start date to my job and went solo-backpacking in Europe. It was an amazing experience I'll never forget.
