ABOUT ME

I am a flexible person, timid by Western standards but bold by Asian standards. I am not afraid to speak my mind (sometimes in a tactlessly blunt manner that unintentionally causes offence) but I tend to avoid eye contact in public and would rather keep mum than create a scene.
I'm a chicken when it comes to trying exotic foods (eg bugs or strange animal parts) and have been spoilt by both my parents who are absolutely amazing cooks. As an ironic and unfortunate result, I'm not a good cook at all. I even bear the scars of my harrowing kitchen trials! :|

PHILOSOPHY

My personal motto is "To Make a Difference." :D
I hope that everyday in my life, I can make a positive difference to someone or something, no matter how small. This includes myself. I strive to grow spititually, mentally and physically everyday.

兴趣

I love learning languages, discovering new cultures and exploring different parts of the world. It amazes me how vast, beautiful, unpredictable and varied the Earth's landscape is, and how people are deep down all alike wherever we live, despite all our different langauges and beliefs.
