ABOUT ME

My name is Delaina Ryland. I'm twenty years old. I love to traveling and adventuring. I play Roller Derby on a local Florida league called Thunder City Derby Sirens. When I'm not on my roller skates, I'm at the beach.

I would like to host and surf both here in Ribadeo and in Deland when I return to the USA.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience yet but have many friends who host couch surfers and I really like meeting people when they stay with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have so many favorites it's hard to choose. For movies: Garden State, Juno, Nightmare before Christmas, and any movies by Studio Ghibli. For music: Alkaline Trio, Kimya Dawson, Modest Mouse, NOFX, Rancid, and Regina Spektor. For books: anything by Stephen King, and Pride and Prejudice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived in Spain and traveled throughout the country, and hiked 200 kilometers through mountainous terrain in the northwest doing the Camino de Santiago (camino de norte).

Teach, Learn, Share

It would be cool to do a sort of language exchange. I've tried learning Spanish but need all the practice I can get. I can also show you my town, the local watering holes, as well as the nearby beaches and springs.
