Some things never change! For me that includes the simple desire to see the world and the pleasure of meeting people. So, instead of suffering empty syndrome (our 5 children are each going their own ways), I'll pack the backpack, and off I go, again! Only this time, thanks to the wonders of modern technology, I'm anxious to try couchsurfing in order to meet people and hear their stories. Each one is fascinating.
Of late I've changed my traveling habits to biking - around Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Russia Estonia and Latvia. This May, Armenia beckons!,
Obviously due to coronavirus I am not going to Armenia! However, I did go biking for 2 weeks in northern Poland!
