Hello!
I'm a writer/author, therapist, dancer, registered yoga instructor, self-proclaimed foodie, museum hopping, free spirit. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and learning about the history of the places I visit. I am currently finishing up my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and it is my hope to merge my love of writing, yoga, and therapy to create my own practice experience, and bring that to people of color.

I sky dived for my 28th birthday and it was the most liberating experiences of my life. I have also bungee jumped and I hope to try a canyon swing in this lifetime as well!
