ABOUT ME

I'm a twenty-three-year-old redhead from Canada. I love to adventure, whether it be in a new country, city, or the forests on the outskirts of my hometown. I love just about every living thing on the planet, except pigeons! My family and friends mean the world to me. I'm really easy-going, and I like to think of myself as a bit of a MacGyver sometimes. I'm spontaneous. I like to sing, and I'm a novice ukulele player. I'm a shutterbug. I'm genuinely interested in other people's stories. I'm a foody. My favourite thing to do at home is chill out in my hammock and read with my cat.

兴趣

I love to sew, anything and everything - even my prom dress. I can paint. I enjoy working with my hands. I love to help people with projects, especially if it involves learning a new skill. I'm a big time film-buff, but my all-time number one favourite is Star Wars. I also like video games and MTG, etc... I collect vinyl records and mugs and buttons. I really enjoy art history. I also really enjoy architecture and cultural history...something I've been able to see a lot of on my travels so far. I am currently in the Travel & Tourism program at the College here in Barrie.

The coolest thing I've ever done was probably backpacking Europe alone for three months when I was 20.

I'm a very good sewer, and I would gladly teach anyone, or sew something for them. I'm also a good painter (walls and canvas), and apprentice framer. I love to cook, and I love learning new techniques and recipes even more! I'm pretty handy in general, so if there's anything a host would need help with, I'd be totally willing to lend a hand!
