About Me

Full-time worker-bee in Hanover.
Part-time metalhead and nerd.

Easy-Going and easy to please. I can talk about a variety of topics but really enjoy talking about music and concert experiences. Or the (even) nerdier topics of comic-books and video games. But don't worry, I won't be this "but on page 23 of this book, he states that..."-guy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about it from an old classmate at university and she made me sign up "way back in the day". Since then I have not done anything but look forward to hosting and surfing in the near future.

Interests

I love going to concerts and festivals. I enjoy playing video games and cooking, altough time prevents me from going all out on the latter.
I prefer bars and pubs over clubs and rather talk than dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I am a metalhead and thus sport the clichéd hair and beard. Although my main music is hard and loud, I listen to all kinds of music. You will not need to listen to it, though ;-)

Movies:
I don't like romantic comedies and horror flicks. Other than that, I really enjoy most genres.
I really like watching Sci-Fi and Fantasy, along with some dramas. But series on TV are more my thing than movies.
My all time favorites are "A Clockwork Orange" as well as the "Godfather".

Books:
I should read more, but I enjoy anything but romantic novels. I especially like dystopian novels but don't seem to find much time for reading these days - much to read for work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Don't really know how amazing it is, but I once fell off a stage during a concert and broke off a piece of my shoulder blade.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to headbang , if you really want to.
