New and looking forward to my first visitor

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wonderful. Not a single complaint. I have had lovely people who were easy to be with and lovely to have around the house. Willing to explore solo but always managed to squeeze in one sightseeing plus.
Lunch/Dinner together.

PS: I do not see where to put this but I have a room with shared toilet and bath with my two daughters and a basement that can comfortably sleep 2 people with access to a separate toilet on the first floor and the bath upstairs :)

Travel, watch tons of movies, read a lot but would rather just talk in this age of internet. I am not on Facebook, ( I finally joined Facebook a few days ago at the end of 2018 as the "last of the Mohicans/Dinosaurs in the world - you will not find much there but you can find me using the translation of my name in Spanish - Delores Ruiz) BB, I just prefer the good old art of talking in person!

PS: Finally got on the bandwagon of instagram as well. It is a lot to navigate but better late than never - @deloresruiz2015 and @blazingideas(My Book page as an Author and publisher).

70's Music! I can't get enough of them. I just discovered that music I hear in the different Airline lounges all over as I travel was called "Chillout Lounge" and I went and bought almost everything I could find on Amazon. When I listen to Music, I have an out of body experience! I want to discover more

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The courage to leave friends and family at this time in life when it's so difficult to make friends as I don't network on Facebook and other social media except for limited use of Whatsapp etc with 2 little kids to a country where I did not have a single friend and did not speak or understand a word of the language.

I flew thousands of miles to watch my all time favorite Muscician - Andreas Vollenweider! Because of the journey I appeared with him in the German Newspapers which I promptly framed!

I believe in the ability to dream anything into reality and enjoy encouraging people so much! I always wanted to be a psychologist but an unusual non- couch diagnosing type! I have not truly met someone who did not have something special about them, they just needed to hear it from someone else!

The information I have from the time I have spent in Madrid. I am not Spanish but you can see Madrid through my eyes :) The Journey has moved on to Marbella, Malaga. Everything is to see :)

Now currently living in Gaithersburg, Maryland. USA. 1 large double bedroom with en suite bath and Toilet, 2 Bedrooms with shared bathroom. Basement that can sleep two with toilet and shared bathroom, Kitchen and living area, laundry, reasonable heating. Close to bus networks all over Maryland - Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring etc. Metro is 15 mins by car or Uber to Washington DC and Virginia. Bus 55 from Metro to Germantown. Buses to Walmart with a shopping mall, Movie theatre. Lakeforest mall by bus. All within
Scenic area within a designated National park with animals like Deers, Squirrels, turtles - No Lions, Alligators or dangerous wildlife. Close to amenities like 7 Eleven. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in Germantown.
