I’m travelling for years, at the beginning by myself and now with my boyfriend that I met in Australia. I’m a social worker in France, I used to work in child protection but in other country I can be a picker, a dishwasher, a cleaner, a babysitter, an allrounder, etc. I like to take all the professional opportunities. I am in Canada (Montréal) at the moment with a working holiday visa and at the end of the summer I’m gonna go in Nunavik to work as social worker with the first nations.
So before the freezing weather, we are planning with my boyfriend to enjoy the sun and to travel all around Canada and USA for three months in our car.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started to do couchsurfing in my first travel in USA when I was an au pair. That was incredible, I was young and meeting people all around the world like that was pretty new. I didn’t get the chance to do it that much (I was travelling mostly in a van) but the dozen I did was very good experience. It’s another way to travel, to meet local and to discover a country, a city from other eyes. People who are willing to open their door have always something great to share and some strong values that I really appreciate. It’s a big community that I’m happy to be part of.

I like to listen old rock songs (ACDC, deep purple, nirvana) but to be honest, my boyfriend make the spotify playlists..
About movies, I’m mostly into some dramatic movies, “true stories”, the kind of movie wich mix your guts (I’m not sure it’s a right expression in english...haha).
I’m reading a lot, it depends of periods, I’ve been through different kind of book. I think I tried a little bit of everything. At the moment, I’m reading “Shutter Island”.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I’ve been swimming with whale shark in Australia ! One month before, I wasn’t even able to go in the sea with the sea level above my knees. I was to scared about ocean (and sharks..mostly sharks). That was a big challenge for me to do that !

I’m interested about meditation and some spiritual stuff, I can do some session with you !
I’m also getting interested about some ecological stuff, like 0 trash, DIY things etc. and would like to learn more about it !
I’m pretty much thrilled about the idea to meet people different as me to learn things that I’ve never expected !
