Care more about life style than style, more about freedom than money. Always enjoy a drink with good music and good company. Like to take it easy but also try new things. Spontaneous parties are the best kind. In fact just about everything spontaneous is more fun.

Try to Host when its not too inconvenient. Party at local events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It is very interesting. The closest thing these days to the old hitch hiking ethos. Also you really notice a big difference in CS culture in different places.

兴趣

A great many things. Guess these days mostly movies, bbqs, parties and quiet pints. The rocket club is cool. Love astrophysics and other geeky things. The great outdoors is still great, and i even get the odd hour to read the odd book.

Right now I am starting my company and that is very interesting.

音乐、电影和书籍

Nothing like a mindless action movie for turning the brain off before bed. Books however should have more meat, like hard sci-fi which is hard to find. Rock to metal and the odd alternative track is never unwelcome. Have been known to frag (quake3) to Beethoven.

I can't name one:

Niagara falls was "super cool". I remember watching that on TV with David Attenborough when i was about 8 and thinking it was amazing. And i got to see it in real life. How cool is that.

Teaching in eastern Europe. There was this wall when i was little. You couldn't even consider visiting!

Northern lights! Dude you gotta see them. Nothing compares to the real thing.

As I get older I really think I am getting wiser. I try to pass some of that on.

In that vein, you can't stop yourself from growing old. But you sure as hell don't have to grow up :D.

Ok so wiser is perhaps a stretch.

My science career has mean i have been able to travel a bit. My carefree attitude means I have often done this in a rather unorthodox way at times. For example joining the homeless for a night outside central park to save on accommodation in Manhattan. So i like to think i will have plenty to share.
