Hi, I'm Demet. I am a 3rd year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student in METU, Ankara, Turkey. Currently I am a visiting researcher at Coginitive Robotics Departman in TU Delft. Travelling is a passion for me. I love visiting new places and meeting with local people. In my time in Netherlands I want to travel as much as I can. I like oil painting, playing ukulele, playing volleyball and tennis. I enjoy having a cup of coffee with my friends in my free time. I love gastronomy. Tasting new dishes is one of the things I like the most while I'm travelling. I can also cook well:)).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is like a life purpose for me. I think staying and meeting with local people can be the best way to explore a new place. In addition to that, I am an undergrad student so my budget is limited, sadly. I want to travel as many places as possible with my limited budget while I'm still young.
