Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The gods demand that we extend guests' rights to travelers.
Providing lodging and food for free elevates our humanity and undermines a system that prioritizes capital over people.
I hope to meet people from around the world, help them have a good experience in my home, and hopefully have good experiences in other places.

When I travel, I like to learn what people do in their everyday routines. Tourist destinations are great, and I like to see famous things in the world, but there are plenty of amazing things that most of us don't know about. Show me those!
