ABOUT ME

So I haven't used couchsurfing much since I moved back to the States, but would like to get back into it. I teach English to foreigners in Baltimore, MD. I have a dog now and spend a lot of my free time exploring new hiking / swimming spots with her, as well as ruins and abandoned places. I take a lot of analog photography as a hobby and try to see as much live music as I can. I miss traveling, but it's nice to start growing roots too.
I am a vegetarian but am not preachy about it at all (just been one since 8), I don't care what you put into your body...it's yours!
I'm not a very good cook, but I'll try to be a good host/surfer. I don't need much, just a little corner on the floor!

PHILOSOPHY

I go with the feeling, trying to live in the present (easier said than done).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like free things and I like people that want to come here and like free couches and other free things. If you fall into this category I'd love to host you. I have surfed and hosted with many people all over the world, and each experience is different and memorable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

many great and giving folks have come through my abode in Oakland and Indonesia. Haven't hosted anyone in Baltimore yet, but am excited to start.

I am interested in subcultures, countercultures, and just culture in general (my country needs more of it). I love street art and music and anything that takes a lot of guts or soulwrenching.
