I'm a college student who studies Spanish and French. I can come off a bit shy at first, but I enjoy meeting new people and having lively conversations.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

During my travels, I have heard nothing but good things about Couchsurfing experiences and I thought I should give it a try. I think it's great to see a community of people supporting each other and helping to make travel viable for those that do not have much money. Plus I always prefer to try to connect with the locals wherever I go to get a better understanding of whichever country or city I'm in.

So far I've only been to one Couchsurfing event during a weekend in Paris.

I have varied music tastes. I enjoy everything from basic pop music to Brazilian funk to rap and even a little rock. I recently saw Dogtooth directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and I was very impressed. 10/10 would recommend. In recent years I haven't taken the time to consistently read for pleasure so it's hard to say what my favorite book is, but I last semester I took a contemporary Spanish Literature class and sincerely enjoyed it. Out of all of the books I read, I liked Nada by Carmen Laforet the most.
