Wow, I'm not a good writer and probably even worse writing about myself...so you have been warned! I'm down to earth, well rounded invidual, probably a bit out spoken at times, open to try most things once, friendly. I also like my time to myself also.

Work hard and enjoy it! Part of traveling is to figure out my second home, I hate the cold winters in ST. Louis!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've attended alot of couchsurfing events in St. Louis but have not couch surfed yet. Hoping to change this in the next month or so by hosting!

兴趣

I've love architecture and design. One of my favorite things in traveling is seeing how different these two things are throughout the world. How it's developed, to wonder how people built cities without the technology we now have. Old world history and architecture is something we don't really don't get to experience if we don't leave the US.

I enjoy spending my free time hanging out with friends/dining out, neighborhood events, concerts/bands. Shopping/estate sales/yard sales find a Great deal! Working out, gardening/landscaping/interior design. And my favorite thing is relaxing in the sun with a drink in my hands!

I like all types of music, really depends on my mood. I don't read many books anymore, it's mainly magazines and internet reading. Favorite movie is the Notebook..i know..lol!

My family is Greek, so I got to experience some really great places/islands that I would have never found on my own. This is the great thing about couch surfing, seeing parts of the world that isn't on the "touristy" standard route and enjoying the real culture and people of that area.

When I was younger, around 12, I went to Greece with my mom, sister & brother. I remember getting off the boat on an island and asking my mom "who we were going to stay with"...she said "we'd find someone". Thought at the time it was weird and I was a bit worried that we didn't have a hotel lined up. There were lots of locals holding up signs for rooms for rent and we found a great lady who was renting rooms out of her house and stayed with them for a few days. I now know she taught me the real way to travel. Just go you'll figure it out!
